Meet Eric

Eric Lindsay is a coach, speaker, writer, and podcaster who helps driven leaders lead from "enough" — not for it. His work rests on a simple, freeing conviction: nobody has arrived. Everyone is a human in progress — becoming, not arriving — and the leaders who take that to heart lead with far more clarity, steadiness, and grace than the ones still chasing the next win to finally feel like they measure up.
A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with more than 15 years of experience in CliftonStrengths, Eric has built his career developing healthy people and healthy leaders. Across nonprofit leadership and director-level roles in strengths-based organizations, he has coached people who have gone on to firms including Goldman Sachs, BCG, and Bain — helping high-capacity people turn raw talent into grounded, sustainable leadership.
That same belief — that the things worth building are always still in progress — drives his work as Director of Ventures for Indiana Wesleyan University, where he brings entrepreneurship and new-venture development out of higher education and into companies and communities. People or ventures, the instinct is the same: develop what's still taking shape, rather than wait for it to arrive.
It all carries one name: Human in Progress. As the author of the forthcoming book and host of the podcast, Eric offers a mirror for the driven person who wants to feel like enough right now — not someday — and distills everything he believes into a single invitation: stop leading for enough, and start leading from it.
